“Any investor who is interested in taking the franchisee of the single brand under one premises and co. will give whole distributorship right of the state”

Min Requirement of Master Franchise

Area of min 10000 sq ft for main studio and a space of min 5000 sq. ft for godown.

Franchise fees : 8 lacs-One time non refundable franchisee fee.2 lac renewal fees of franchisee every year.

  1. What we provide: Full interior design 2d-3d detail drawings of the premises to be used as a showroom/studio worth Rs 3 lac.
  2. 500 catalogues of the brand of worth Rs 1.25 lac.
  3. Branding accessories worth Rs 1 lac.

Min purchase of goods of 2 cr for one studio with M.R.P of min. 4cr.

  1. Interior specification will be given, either franchisee can do it or the co. will charge 500 rs sqft for doing the work.
  2. Co will help in setting up the whole studio and will give assistance in everything (technical, marketing, sales, staff procurement and training for a minimum period of 1 months from the commencement of business and after that as and when required.


Rights of Main Franchisee

  1. Master state franchisee holder can open Main franchisee of brand in the Territory of State without any extra franchisee fees.
  2. Any extra franchisee outside the State by the same franchisee partner will be considered as a different franchisee store and rules of main franchisee will be implied.
  3. Company can open any no of main franchisee, dealer franchisee and studio franchisee in the same territory of the master state franchisee( billing will be done through the state franchisee) profit will be given to master state franchisee according to the margin (in case of main franchisee margin of 3 % will be given to state franchisee).
  4. If state franchisee holder help in setting up the main franchisee within the state other then his own outlets one time franchisee fees of 2 lac will be given to master state franchisee.


Rights of Company (Niyash Furnishers Pvt. Ltd.)

  1. Company will charge 2% of royalty on sales every month.
  2. Company can open any no.of master, retail, and studio franchisee outside the territory radius of the main franchisee without any concern of the franchisee holder.
  3. Master franchisee cannot take the franchisee of any other brand of the same business in the same premises of the master franchisee of niyash, if found doing so its rights and profit margins will be converted to as of retail franchisee from that date only.
  4. Master franchisee cannot indulge in any kind of manufacturing, trading, importing, assembling, selling etc of the same business /products in the same premises of master franchisee of niyash, if found doing so its rights and profit margins will be converted to as of retail franchisee from that date only.
  5. Company has the right to revoke the franchisee/partnership at any time if the franchisee holder is found to do activity which in any case hazardious to the co. in any form.

  2. 100 catalogues of the brand of worth Rs 25 k.
  3. Branding accessories worth Rs 30 k.

Min purchase of goods of 50 lac for one studio with M.R.P of min. 1cr.

  1. Interior specification will be given, either franchisee can do it or the co. will charge 500 rs sqft for doing the work .
  2. Co will help in setting up the whole studio and will give assistance in everything (technical, marketing, sales, staff procurement and training for a minimum period of 1 months from the commencement of business and after that as and when required.


Rights of Main Franchisee

  1. Main franchisee holder can open sub franchisee of brand in the radius of 10km without any extra franchisee fees.
  2. Main franchisee holder can open sub franchisee of brand outside its allowed radius on a extra franchisee fees of 1lac per franchisee in the same city only.
  3. Any extra franchisee outside the city by the same franchisee partner will be considered as a different franchisee store and rules of main franchisee will be implied.
  4. Company can open any no of retail franchisee and studio franchisee in the same territory of the master franchisee( billing will be done through the main franchisee) profit will be given to master franchisee.


Rights of Company (Niyash Furnishers Pvt. Ltd.)

  1. Company will charge 5% of royalty on sales every month
  2. Company can open any no.of master, retail, and studio franchisee outside the territory radius of the main franchisee without any concern of the franchisee holder.

“Co. and the investor come under a contract of running the franchisee store togeather with different funtionalities and investment”

Liabilities which have to borne by franchisee partner


Area of min 10000 sq ft for main studio and a space of min 2000 sq. ft for godown.

Franchise fees : 8 lacs-One time non refundable franchisee fee.2 lac renewal fees of franchisee every year.

Min purchase of goods of 1 cr for one studio with M.R.P of min. 2cr in which co. will borne half of the stock investment.

  1. Interior specification will be given, either franchisee can do it or the co. will charge 500 rs sqft for doing the work.
  2. Co will help in setting up the whole studio and will give assistance in everything (technical, marketing, sales, staff procurement and training for a minimum period of 1 months from the commencement of business and after that as and when required.


Company Support in Franchisee Partnership

  1. 50 % of the cost of stock in display to be borne by the co. ( niyash furnishers pvt. Ltd) as a support to the franchishee which is to be payable by the franchisee holder by 6 months post dated cheques of equal amount.
  2. Company will invest equal capital on every purchase of franchisee which has to be clear in 6 month or on next order whichever is earlier.
  3. Company has already invested around 1 cr in overall branding of Niyash Furniture Stud.

Franchisee Return to Company

  1. Franchisee has to give 10% royalty on sales to the co. as return on investment.

Rights of Partnership Franchisee is as of Main Franchisee

  1. Main franchisee holder can open sub franchisee of brand in the radius of 10km without any extra franchisee fees.
  2. Main franchisee holder can open sub franchisee of brand outside its allowed radius on a extra franchisee fees of 1lac per franchisee in the same city only.
  3. Any extra franchisee outside the city by the same franchisee partner will be considered as a different franchisee store and rules of main franchisee will be implied.
  4. Company can open any no of retail franchisee and studio franchisee in the same territory of the master franchisee( billing will be done through the main franchisee) profit will be given to main franchisee.
  5. Franchisee can replace 20% of the total material purchased within 6 months, in case of any non sale of any particular product.

Rights of Company (Niyash Furnishers Pvt. Ltd.)

  1. 10% Royalty on sales.
  2. Company can open any no.of master, retail, and studio franchisee outside the territory radius of the main franchisee without any concern of the franchisee holder.
  3. Master franchisee cannot take the franchisee of any other brand of the same business in the same premises of the master franchisee of niyash, if found doing so its rights and profit margins will be converted to as of retail franchisee from that date only.
  4. Master franchisee cannot indulge in any kind of manufacturing, trading, importing, assembling, selling etc of the same business /products in the same premises of master franchisee of niyash, if found doing so its rights and profit margins will be converted to as of retail franchisee from that date only.
  5. Company has the right to revoke the franchisee/partnership at any time if the franchisee holder is found to do activity which in any case hazardious to the co. in any form.

Area of around 800 to 1000 sq ft separately .

Franchise fees : 1lac-One time non refundable franchisee fee.50 k renewal fees of franchisee every year.

  1. What we provide: Full interior design 2d-3d detail drawings of the premises to be used as a showroom/studio worth Rs 50 k.
  2. 60 catalogues of the brand of worth Rs 15 k.
  3. Branding accessories worth Rs 20 k .

Min purchase of goods of 6 lac for one studio with M.R.P of min. 10 lacs.

  1. Interior specification will be given either franchisee holder can do it or the co. will charge 800 rs sqft for doing the work.
  2. Co will help in setting up the whole studio and will give assistance in everything (technical, marketing, sales, staff procurement and training for a minimum period of 1 month from the commencement of business and after that as and when required..


Rights of Studio Franchisee

  1. Studio franchisee cannot keep the material of any other brand under the same roof.
  2. Studio franchisee holder can open a sub studio of niyash in the radius of 10km without any extra franchisee fees.
  3. Studio franchisee holder can open studio mockup of brand outside its allowed radius on a extra franchisee fees of 50k per franchisee in the same city only.
  4. Studio franchisee holder can retail the products of niyash at any no. of outlet within the city in the name of niyash brand only with the branding of niyash on that retail outlet.
  5. Studio franchise can retail / sell in the different city in the absence of master franchisee in that city through retail sellers.


Rights of Company (Niyash Furnishers Pvt. Ltd.)

  1. 5% royalty on sles will be charged.
  2. Company can open any no of master,dealer, retail and studio franchisee in the same territory of the franchisee without any concern of franchisee holder.
  3. • Company has the right to revoke the franchisee/partnership at any time if the dealer is found to do activity which in any case hazardious to the co. in any form.


“Any running or new business who is interested in dealing in multi-brand of the same business/products or doing a combined retail of related business”

Min Requirement of Retail Franchisee

Area of min 2000 sq ft separately in their premises for the display of niyash.

Franchise fees : 1 lacs-One time non refundable franchisee fee.50 k renewal fees of franchisee every year.

  1. What we provide: Full interior design 2d-3d detail drawings of the premises to be used as a showroom/studio worth Rs 50 k.
  2. 60 catalogues of the brand of worth Rs 15 k.
  3. Branding accessories worth Rs 20 k .

Min purchase of goods of 12 lac for one studio with M.R.P of min. 20 lacs.

  1. Interior specification will be given either franchisee holder can do it or the co. will charge 800 rs sqft for doing the work.
  2. Co will help in setting up the whole studio and will give assistance in everything (technical, marketing, sales, staff procurement and training for a minimum period of 1 month from the commencement of business and after that as and when required.


Rights of Retail Franchisee

  1. Retail franchisee holder can open a suboutlet of niyashin the radius of 10km without any extra franchisee fees.
  2. Retail franchisee holder can open sub franchisee mockup of brand outside its allowed radius on a extra franchisee fees of 50k per franchisee in the same city only.
  3. Retail franchisee holder can retail the products of niyash at any no. of outlet within the city in the name of niyash brand only with the branding of niyash on that retail outlet.
  4. Retail franchise can retail / sell in the different city in the absence of master franchisee in that city through retail sellers.


Rights of Company (Niyash Furnishers Pvt. Ltd.)

  1. 5% Royalty on sales will be charged.
  2. Company can open any no of master,dealer, retail and studio franchisee in the same territory of the dealer franchisee without any concern of dealer franchisee.
  3. Company has the right to revoke the franchisee/partnership at any time if the dealer is found to do activity which in any case hazardious to the co. in any form.


Rules and Others

Rule for all franchisee

  • Nobody cannot sell less then mrp or less then current offers/ discounts / deals etc of the co. to protect the interest of every franchisee partner of the co. to the retail consumer.
  • This rule doesnot implied on the project/bulk sales, for that there is different margins for every franchisee partner.
  • Company will charge 5 % of gross sales of the month from every franchisee partner for the local branding expenses of the brand for eg. Hoarding, print ads, digital marketing, online support etc.

 

Company Support

  • Company will provide the online billing, inventory system for the updation of stock between no. of franchisee and co. stocklist for time efficient dealings 
  • Our technical team is working on the online shopping portal of the co. and it will be introduced itself in ecommerce very soon, which help in boosting sales of the franchisee partners.
  • Company is going to launch a quaterly magazine by the end of year 2018 through which we can connect with local architects, designers, builders, hoteliers of the cities in which franchisee partners are operating which will give boost in the local sales of stores.
  • Company will invest in overall branding, management , billing system upgradation, website upgradation, magazine , catalogues etc time to time in continuation to support all its franchisee stores.
